It's real! Outside of a place called the Robin's Nest (I think). It's a little bed and breakfast, a two story pink house with fountains, right across the street from HSPVA. That pixel based thug cracks me up.
So weird. I love how when dot matrix printing was the cutting edge of personal computing we were all like "Damn. This doesn't look like a tree. It looks like some blocky, diseased brocolli". Now that we can print anything photo quality in half the time we go back and appropriate the style of the previously inferior technology. It's like the big push today for musicians to digitally record and process their music to sound like it was recorded analog and pressed on vinyl. We want the new technology so we can duplicate the output of the old tech- just better. This poster does a pretty great job of pointing out that paradox. Cool.
Purchase prints from Le Clique Members at our new Etsy storefront.
About us:
We know many different types of people: Old and young. Some with background studies in the arts and others in the Sciences. Some may be self-taught tradesmen. Although they have divergent careers and very different upbringings, we've found that many have a common interest in photography.
We all love to press the shutter button, hear that tiny "click" and know that an image is made. Maybe it's a portrait, maybe a landscape, or maybe just a happy accident—the images taken are as different as the individuals that took them.
We formed Le Clique to bring together all of those different people, give them a forum to post their work, and enjoy the juxtapositions, harmony, and contrast between the things they love to photograph. Our contributors have two very simple rules: you must take the photo yourself and it must be for the simple joy of taking it.

Is this a real sign? Where's this at?

BAD ASS!
The fact that this is in front of a little pink house with fountains just made it a zillion times better than it already was. So great.
