Rustic Meadow

From our recent jaunt to upstate NY, this utility shed sat adjacent to an old barn just off the side of the road. I converted this image to black and white because I felt that the colors of the original were too distracting and lost focus of the textures.

Very creepy and isolated. I was there, and I know it was a really beautiful sunny day out –which is cool because this shot seems rather haunting.

probably because we don't have a little jenny blanco breaking & entering anywhere that's why.

Whoa! What a nice idea, converting these to black and white. It's weird, I never thought of it for some reason, though it appears to translate very nicely, with loads of tonality. I like the contrast of the clouds to the graphic, dense lower portion. Gosh, it does look super creepy!

Admit it you guys—you soooo wanted to waltz into those barns. No telling what kind of goodies might be there waiting for discovery!

excelente! great shoot Mateo, I like how the B/W helps to give it more depth and texture, mystery and darkness.
